I got 432marks in neet 2019 can I get seat in any government or private college?

Based on your score and this year cutoffs you won't be able to secure a seat under all india quota and state quota in government medical college but you do have some chance in private medical college under state quota ,but still It would be difficult to tell your exact chances as cutoff varies from year to year depending on various factors such as your home state,category,etc and also cutoff this year are too high.

Whether you will get a admission or not depends on your category as well as the state you belong to as the cutoffs are different for different states and categories but based on the previous years cutoff criteria you can get admitted into a government college if you belong to SC/ST.
