i got 435000 rank in neet in category wise ranking can i apply for neet counseling 2020

At this rank it is quite difficult to get a government/ semi government seat for MBBS/BDS admissions through counselling; However, you should apply for the mop up round for the deemed universities or for the private institutions if interested.

Also you can go for the alternate medicine courses like BAMS/BHMS etc if you like. Please note that the cut offs are the subject to change every year depending on many factors therefore in far rounds of counselling you can try.
