i got 44% in 10 claas should i do engineering

To pursue B.Tech degree in any engineering  course , you need to qualify your intermediate level i.e. class 10+2 board exam with min 40-50% marks  as average based on the basic requirement by every individual institutes/ entrance exams .

If you want to do diploma course in engineering , then you should have good percentage in class 10, as well as in the entrance exams conducted by central board/ individual institutes .

So, if you are sure about your preferred way of education /domain , then you can opt this field and find some polytechnic  colleges which will accept your 10th board marks with your diploma entrance exam marks... or after qualifying intermediate level exam with good percentage , you can opt for B.Tech degree with taking Entrance exam !
