Dear Aspirant
According to last year allotment seat result for admission to B.V.Sc. & A.H. degree course under 15% AIQ (2nd and final round), the last OBC student was with AIR 33997 for College of Veterinary Science and Animal Husbandry, Aizawl Mizoram which clearly tells that don't have any chances for veterinary through same quota.
Although, you can try in your state for the same course as it would be easy to get admission which is generally done on merit basis.
