I got 447 marks in NEET 2019 under general category. Which college can i get,can anyone help me out?

Hey!There
Seeing your score and previous year cuttoff of medical college,you seems not elligible for goverment Medical College.And chance of getting private Medical College for MBBS seems less.You can secure seat in private dental college easily.

The admission to government medical colleges is based on NEET marks is done under two categories-All India quota(15%) and state quota(85%).
So as you have not mentioned your state, its difficult to predict exactly. However with general category and 447 marks, you have pretty low chances of getting a decent government medical college for MBBS/BDS program in your state even through state quota as cutoffs have gone much higher this year.
That being said some states have lower cutoff such as Karnataka, you might have a chance there.
Or you can go for private colleges in your state, which you have high chances of getting a seat into.
