For the marks of 448/720 in NEET 2019 and being in the SC category, your rank will be in the range of 44,000-46,000 and your category rank will be in the range of 750-1,750 which is great considering that lats year's lowest cut-offs for the state of Telangana for 85% State Quota seats in SC category was for Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Medical Sciences, Adilabad at the rank of 82802 for the marks 393/720. And most of the colleges closed below 448 which means that you have a good enough chance to get a government MBBS seat in Telangana.
