As you have not mentioned the state you belong to, I will give an overall idea for admission through reserved category. According to the previous year's cut off trends candidates from OBC category required minimum 500-550+ marks in NEET to get admission in MBBS in government college. With the score you have mentioned above it can be difficult for you to get admission in government college. However you can still try during subsequent or mop up rounds. You can also apply under state quota if you have a domicile for a particular state, as the per the state counselling 85% seats are reserved for state quota students, this might increase chances of your admission. There's an option of private college or management quota seats as well there might be decent chances of your admission.
