You have got good marks and have good chances of getting private medical colleges but you have to check you state cutoff each state have different cutoff and in AIQ the cutoff for semi government colleges are high. I am giving you link to check different colleges with there cutoff

If I consider the previous year data.then your chances of getting admission in a private medical college are good.if you have domicile of any state then it might help you in getting admission in any college of that state through 85% state quota.

The cutoff changes almost every year,so not much  can be predicted .cutoff depends on the difficulty level of the paper and the number of students who appeared for the entrance exam.

You got 450 mark in NEET and you are from the UR quota. A tough job to get admission. Yes if you try for the private colleges you got admission there. So make a list of 10 private colleges whether you want to admission. Go for the counselling. You will definitely get admission under management quota
