Hello dear
Marks required in neet for top Government Medical College under all India quota for general category in Maharashtra is given below :-
Grant Medical College, Mumbai:-544
Lokmanya TilakMunicipal Medical College:- 581
G. S. Medical College, Mumbai:- 602
so dear you can clearly see that anything less than 550 marks will not get a seat in Government Medical College. I am sorry to say but you are chances of getting a seat is very low.

Dear Harshada, in 2018, under State Quota, 400 marks secured a seat in Shri Vasant Rao Naik Government Medical College, 428 marks got Government Medical College, Akola. However cut off changes every year and is dependant on various factors like no.of seats available, no.of candodates appearing for the exam, difficulty of the exam, top NEET score. Going by this score and previous trends, you have a fair chance at any of these Government Medical Colleges.
