With your rank of 45015, your marks will be in between 51 to 60.
As you didn't mention your category I'm assuming you're from general category.
With such rank and category I do not think you have enough marks to get into good government colleges but you can try for branches like production, mining, metallurgy.
Also, you can try for management seats in both private and government colleges.
