I would like to congratulate you on your good score. There is a slim chance of you getting a decent government medical college with your score if you are in the unreserved category. However, with reservations you may consider getting a decent college in India.
In case you do not get a decent government medical college with your score, you may consider applying for private medical colleges in India. There are a number of private colleges that offer the same level of education as any government medical college.
