As you have got a decent score of 452, in neet so the chnaces of getting into mbbs totally depends on your state and caste.
If you are general, its really not possible this year to get into mbbs in any state quota or all india quota as the minimum cut off this year atleast you need 500+ to be on safe side.
If you have obc, then your chances are a bit more but that too depends on your state, as delhi, up, bihar, Karnataka sees high cut off every year.
If you are sc or st, you still have little chances.
You might try for bvsc, bds or bams or any other course. You have more chnaces to get them more than mbbs.

there are two types of seats- all india quota and state quota seats. if you are unreserved then you wont get a seat through all india quota .so i need to know your category and the state you belong to , to be able to help you.
