I got 46/300 and my percentile is 64.99 in jee mains September 2020 and I'm OBC category .can I be a dropper for jee main. can I get into IIT if get coaching .please give any suggestions because I in confusion

With your percentile in JEE Mains, you have almost no chances of getting a seat in any government engineering colleges like NITs IIITs and GFTIs. Even your OBC category rank won't be of any help here.
As you are thinking of dropping a year for preparing for JEE Mains and JEE Advanced again for the next year 2021, you can go for IIT JEE coaching. You also need to practice a lot. Please keep in mind to never lose focus while your preparation.
