I got 465 marks in neet 2019. I belongs to obc category. Can i get a government seat in aiq or state quota??

Hello
Chances seem to be less of getting admission in government medical colleges through 15 percent All India Quota. Chances are less through state quota also, if your home state is Delhi. You can get a seat in private medical colleges.
