Dear Lasya, NTA hasnt given any official information regarding EWS reservation and how it would be implemented this year. So this answer is being written considering the fact that until EWS reservation is implemented, EWS candidates will still come under General Category. AP Medical Seats are categorised inton3 areas depending on the locale of the candidate. They are SVU, AU, OU. Now that you haven't mentioned which locale you come under, we shall help you with the cut offs for various areas.
SVU: 517
AU: 533
OU: 526
To be honest, 470 is a tad less score. You can get Private Dental Colleges with ths score. Having said that cut off changes every year and is dependant on various factors like no.of seats available, no.of candidates appearing for the exam, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. However please check the previous cut offs of different colleges at this page:
