I suppose you are talking about the mysore medical college ,mysore. So yes If I consider the previous year data Then you do have chances of getting admission in mysore medical college in karnataka through state quota . Previous year minimum marka admitted for an obc candidate under state quota was 378 and corresponding rank was 95585.Just remember one thing that cutoff changes almost every year,so not much can be predicted .cutoff depends on the difficulty level of the paper and the number of students who appeared for the entrance exam.
