Cutoff for this year for getting any private or deemed Colleges you have to score around 450 under AIQ & 430 under state qouta for Open Category.
You have even less chances to get any seat if you belong to any category under your state.
This Year The No. IF student which have Score above 480 marks are more then of last year. So getting seat is More difficult this year.
There are only 60k seats in India. In which 15% seats are under AIQ Qouta.
FOR getting seat in AIQ is Very Difficult if you are from state which have low no. Of College
You can Try for Paid management Seat in top Deemed Universities.

Thank You
Hey there
You have not mentioned any college also you have not mentioned your state so I'll be answering for AIQ in general category. So in AIQ in general category you have very less chances of getting a government or semi government colleges as your rank is very low. You can go for management quota seat in self funded colleges you may get a medical seat.

Good luck
Well, it would be quite helpful for us if you could mention the name of the college properly so that we can do the needful.
As far as the data of previous years' are concerned, I am sorry to inform but a rank of 478093 is quite far for any of the Categories to bag a seat in a medical college.
Govt. Medical Colleges wouldn't surely go to that rank but, as well as Private Medical Colleges too.
It would be better if you drop a year to study hard or take up an alternative.
Good Luck !
