I got 487 Marks in ap neet and my rank is 3300 and I am eligible for EWS can I get a free seat??

It is not possible for anyone to get 3300 rank with 487 in NEET. Infact your all india rank must be around 33000. With this rank it might be a little difficult for you to get admission in mbbs in government college however it is still possible ( according to previous year statistics) as the cutoff marks is usually around 498 in private medical colleges and around 530 in government.
