I got 489 marks in beet 2019 what college should i prefer in telangana state

You haven't mentioned your category or state of domicile. Hence I can only give a brief information about last year's cutoff in Telangana state.

Under state qouta

• General category- you won't be able to get any college if you belong to unreserved category
• BC- all colleges, least cutoff was in Rajiv Gandhi institute of medical Sciences, alibabad (414marks, 67080 rank)
• ST- can get admission in all colleges, least cutoff in Govt. Medical college, siddipet (406marks, 72684 rank)
• SC- can get admission in all colleges in the state, least cutoff in Rajiv Gandhi institute of medical science (393marks, 82802rank).
