Dear Jashan, Ex servicemen reservation is not applicable under All India Quota. It is available under State Quota under 3% horizontal reservation of your Category. You haven't mentioned your Category. Neverthless, in 2018, under State Quota, the cut offs for various Categories have been as follows:
General Category: 518
OBC: 470
SC: 353
It is difficult if you belong to General Category. It is a close call if you belong to OBC category but you have a fair chance if you belong to SC Category. Having said that, cut offs change every year and are dependant on various factors like no.of seats available, no.of candidates appearing for the exam, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam.
