Dear Aj, with 490 marks going by previous cut offs, you catually can get a seat in Private Medical College and Private Dental College as well. But if you want to study in Karnataka, you can easily get a seat in Management Quota if that is what you mean by Payment seat. But the fees will be higher than a Government Quota seat in Private Medical Colleges. And though you have OBC reservation, as you do not have domicile of Karnataka, you will not have the advantage of OBC reservation. The reservations are specifically limited to students who enjoy Karnataka Domicile.
