I got 493 Mark's in neet 2019 in general catagory with air rank 53500 will I get a govt college in west bengal

You did well! But it's tough to get a government college this time. I got admitted previous year. Our rank previous year didn't go to that level. So,  getting a govt college in 1st counseling is obviously impossible this year.

Your marks are good in NEET exams and there might be some decent chances that you get any governement college in 2nd or 3rd round through all india counselling. But chances are some how less to get top governement colleges under this rank for general category. But there might be chances to get seat through state counselling.
