10251 was the last rank to get a seat in Telangana Medical College under All India Quota. The marks were 537. 24025 rank got 493 marks and got a seat in Non Local Quota. This is 2018 data. Your female category quota is only for your State and doesnt apply to other States when applying under All India Quota or Non local Quota. And cut offs also change every year. With this marks and rank it is difficult for a seat in  any Government Medical College.
