I got 497 marks and 51212 rank can i get admission in aiq

The NEET admissions are conducted on the basis of 85% State Quota seats and the rest for 15% All India Quota seats.The State Quota seats are filled in by the respective state counselling authorities after the counselling procedures.

The expected cutoff for Open category 15% AIQ is 540-570.Private colleges do not participate in All India Counselling and the seats are filled by State Quota.It would had been better if you had mentioned your State Rank.But as per your rank and marks you have better chances of admission in the private colleges.
