i got 50 marks in mains and i belong to pwd category so would i get a good rank or should i study hard

With 50/300 in JEE Main, being from PwD Category you can be assured of a seat in one of the NITs, IIITs or GFTIs in a Respectable Branch. However, it is totally upon you whether you aspire to appear for further attempts of JEE and increase your Score. Perhaps you may target reaching anywhere near 100/300 for increased Prospects during Counselling.
