Based on you marks in neet 2019, you may not have chances of securing a seat in government medical college under all india quota(aiq) but you do have chances of getting it in state quota considering your category. But still there are lots of factors and so,It would be difficult to tell your exact chances as cutoff varies from year to year depending on various factors such as your home state, category, difficulty level of paper, number of students appeared etc.

Hey Rishab, Congratulations on scoring 500 marks in NEET and you also belong to OBC. Really that will be very helpful to you while taking admission in Government Funding Technical Institute (GFTI) as some special seats are being reserved for each and every special reserved category. Yes, You can get admission in a good government college with these marks. But you might be facing some difficulties while getting admission in very good colleges due to high cutoffs this year. FIrst, you should see the government college in Haryana and get a seat there so that you can also reserve a seat in state quota.
