I got 50000 common rank & 13000 category rank in jee mains I belong to obc category

You have secured a rank of 13k in jee main through obc category. Also girls quota is applicable to you.
Considering the above quota the following colleges are available to you :

• NIT Hamirpur
• NIT Silchar
• NIT Surat
• NIT Raipur
• NIT Arunachal Pradesh
• NIT Manipur
• NIT Mizoram
• NIT Sikkim

You will not get admission in top tier NIT colleges such as NIT Trichy and NIT Warangal since you need a rank of within 8-10k to get a branch in it. You can get admission in IIIT colleges through your jee main ranking. Even there are several state colleges where your jee main percentile is considered for admission such  as BITS, MIIT, SCIT, Amity university, Thapar university and so on. You can try writing various entrance exams for colleges to get admission. If none of them works the  you can try to get admission in engineering colleges through management or vacany quota which will not be possible in your case since you will get one of the above colleges.
