i got 5088 rank in srmjee i wish to join aerospace should i join now or try for phase II?

As cut-offs varies from year to year, it is difficult to predict exactly in which campus you can get Aerospace Engineering course. You can go for now if won't get seat then take up another phase. It is completely upon you when to join and take a proper step because you should not regret later.
