Dear Krishna, you havent mentioned which area you are a locale to. Neverthless, in 2018 under State Quota the cut offs for General Category for various areas have been as follows:
AU: 533
SVU: 517
OU: 528
Now EWS takes a cut from General Category. With 509 marks you might actually have a chance atleast in the 2md round because approximately 550 seats have been added to accomodate EWS reservation. As this is the pilot year for EWS reservation, these are just observations. But we would suggest you to register for State Counselling. Having said that, cut offs change every year and are dependant on various factors like no.of seats availble, no.of candidates appearing for the exam, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam
