Hello,
Based on your score and past year cutoffs you won't be able to secure a seat under all india quota but you do have chance so getting admission in government medical college under all state quota and too is difficult due to the fact the cutoffs will get higher.
It would be difficult to tell your exact chances as cutoff varies from year to year depending on various factors such as your home state,category,etc
