I got 520 marks in obc category can i get any government medical college

Hello,
It will miss government medical colleges by a little marks.20 marks would have been good.Based on your marks you have very little chances of getting government medical college under all quota but you do have chance of getting it under state quota.
Check past year cutoff trends if neet.It would be difficult to tell your exact chances as cutoff varies from year to year depending on various factors such as your home state,category,etc

Rajasthan
In Rajasthan the competetion is quite tough to get into govt colleges because last year the least cutoff for any govt. College was 559 marks in state quota
