If you would have asked this question before some years it was very simple that any rank holders can get into pharmacy now it changed it changed now rank is between 2000- 5500 last time it was around 5000 for GM I am expecting it will reduce to 3500 this year for good colleges
Fill the counselling form and wait till the last round you will get selected if your luck works ,
