There are less chances for you to get a government college seat in Maharashtra in ews category but still it depends upon the number of students who have filled the ews form and the ones who have better marks than you so do apply for the counselling otherwise you can get admission in private college for mbbs or you can pursue other courses like bams,bhms ,veterinary, there are chances that you might get a seat there .
