I got 53 percent in JEE main and can I get any seat in any college with this ??

Your JEE Main percentile (not percentage) is what matters for admission.
With 53 percentile , it might be difficult to get a seat in NITs, IIITs, or GFTIs , especially in top branches. However, you may get admission in private colleges or some state government colleges that accept JEE Main scores.
