First of all congratulations for scoring such a good score in the exam. If you have UP state quota you can easily fetch a seat in government medical colleges under up state level counseling some of them are,

Motilal Nehru Medical College, Allahabad
Lala Lajpat Rai Memorial Medical College
Maharani Laxmi Bai Medical College, Jhansi
Government Medical College, Ambedkarnagar

And under All India quota seats too you cab get admission in some average government colleges with these marks. You can check previous year cutoffs of UP Colleges by going through the below given link.
