If I consider the previous year data .Then you have good chances of getting admission in some of the government medical colleges in uttar pradesh through state quota . If I talk about previous year data then minimum marks admitted for a genral candidate under state quota was 469 for Dr. Ram Manohar Lohiya Medical Institute, Lucknow. So you do hold a chance . But do remember that The cutoff changes almost every year,so not much can be predicted . cutoff depends on the difficulty level of the paper and the number of students who appeared for the entrance exam.
