The seats under EWS reservation are less in number so the cutoff is expected to be high this year. So with 534 marks, you have little chances of getting college through All India Quota in EWS category.
EWS is available in following institutes this year -
Lady Hardinge Medical College
Medical college of RML hospital
IMS Varanasi
UCMS
VMMC
