Yes, you can get admission to LLB even if you got 54% and failed in Maths, as long as you passed overall in Class 12. Maths is not compulsory for LLB. Most colleges require a minimum of 45% (General) or 40% (SC/ST) in 12th for 3-year or 5-year LLB courses.
You just need to "PASS" Class 12th Boards Exam.
