I GOT 542 MARKS IN NEET 2019 . WILL I GET A GOVERNMENT COLLEGE?

The result of NEET UG test for Medical 2019 was declared on 5th of June,2019. The cutoffs were then released according to the requirement of Government colleges in particular states. So you have scored 542 in your NEET UG Test of 2019. The cutoff percentile for Open Category is 50 percentile while OBC/SC/ST category candidate's cuttoff is 40 percentile.

It would be better if you select your state according to the language you have given your 2019 NEET UG Exam. Say for example, you are allowed to admit in Government College of Karnataka if you have being given NEET UG in kannada language and have scored according to the cuttoff.

Yes with this score you might get admission in a goverment college.
Admission to a college depends on several factors. Two important being ones category and state.85 % seats are reserved for the native of any state and rest 15 % are left open for candidates from all over the country. If you have domicile of any state then you can also seek admission in that state through 85% state quota. since you have not mentioned either of the above mentioned factors so it becomes difficult to predict any college for you.
