You didn't mention your caste category. If you are a general category candidate it will be very hard to get an admission to IIT JAM Biotech with this rank. You can only have the chance for NITs.

yes am from open category. Is NIT rourkela good for masters in life sciences??

Then it would be tough for IIT and NIT Rourkela ia an incredible institute in the field of engineering branches but it is average for M.Sc in life science.
