Check the top 20 percentile of your board if u are in it u are eligible .....It is 75%for only CBSE boards state boards have diff eligibility which is the candidate must be in top 20 percentile of the respected board

No.. Because 75% in boards is required for JEE, but if you fill the form of improvement in all five subjects and you get 75% in boards then you become eligible for JEE.
