I got 546 marks and rank 25746 gen category from kerala, please advise where i will get medical seat admission either in govt or private.

If I consider previous years records, then the chances are no chance to get admission in any of the government medical colleges. Your rank is quite high to procure seat in any government colleges, but you can try for private medical colleges.
