Your score is not bad but it may not be enough for admission in a government college if you belong to the general category. If you can get in through some quota then you have greater probability of admission. It also depends on the score in general and the marks achieved by your fellow applicants. You have to go for conselling to know about it.

With 561 marks in neet and in obc category your chances are quite high to grab a government mbbs seat in bihar as last year the cutoff was near about 470 to 480 so this year it is expected to increase as paper difficulty level was low so you can get a mbbs seat most probably.
