I got 569 with AIR 36368 and last year closing rank of Odisha was 32k so no chance of getting a govt. seat should I start preparing for next year pls advice ?

I believe having a score of 569 and AIR of 36k besides having Odisha Home State Quota, you should definitely apply for the State Counselling. This year Institutes like AIIMS, JIPMER, etc. are also conducting their counselling by mean of NEET Score/Rank, so cutoffs are bound to decline. However in your case you must not lose hope and apply for the State Medical Institute Counselling.
In case that doesnt happen you can always take a drop, and since its festive season now, you perhaps take a break till it ends, strategise and plan out things for the next six months and get back to work by start of December.
