Hope you are doing well. You should mandatorily mention the name of the examination in which you secured this rank. Otherwise it will be difficult for any person to answer your query. Anyways considering that you secured this rank in COMED-K 2019, I can tell you that you can get a seat in some engineering colleges but not in top colleges and also not in branches like CSE or ECE or IT. You can get admission for branches like Civil Engineering or Chemical Engineering. I hope you got the point after reading this answer.
