Hi Krishna,
Hope you are doing well. Yes you can can get a seat for engineering in Bangalore with this rank. Bangalore is the city having most number of engineering colleges in Karnataka. But you cannot expect a seat in top colleges with this rank. You can get a normal or average college with average placements. Above that if you are seeking a seat in CSE or ECE or IT branches, then it will be still difficult for you to get admissions. I hope you got the point after reading this answer.
