As you didn't mentioned your category and domicile state, so I'm considering you in general category. According to the percentile mentioned, you are not eligible for any NITs or GFTIs in UP. Under AKTU govt colleges it's difficult to predict because AKTU taking admission on the basis of JEE for first time.
