as you haven't mentioned your category( GEN./OBC/SC/ST/EWS) so considering you from general category, with a rank of 57099, it seems you have no chance in top NITs but you can get the following NITs and some top private colleges:

1. Dr. BR Ambedkar National Institute of Technology (for chemical engg and biotech engg)
2. NIT Durgapur (for metallurgical engg)
3. NIT goa( mechanical engg)
4. NIT raipur (mech. engg)
5. NIT Silchar( ECE engg)

I regret to say that you have a low score that you can't get into any top IIT or NIT. But you still have a lot of opportunities to get a seat in your state councelling and private colleges to pursue your dream course.

Hello, as you have not mentioned your category so I am assuming you to be in general category.
Your chances  may be there with lower branches in new Nit like Sikkim, Nagaland,Manipur, Mizoram, Arunachal Pradesh, Meghalaya, Goa and new IIIT like Agartala, Manipur ,Nagpur ,Ranchi,Bhagalpur.

Apply for Jossa counseling and then for Csab counseling which takes place after Jossa counseling.
You have to wait till last round of Csab counseling.

Also apply for other states government and private colleges which takes admission through Jee mains marks.

There are some good private universities like Chandigarh University, Lovely Professional University, Graphic Era,Galgotia University,Amity University, Thapar University, JP Noida Engineering college which takes admission through Jee mains marks.

JEE mains examination is an entrance exam for getting into engineering colleges all over India.
