I got 58% in my 12 board and 47% in 10 board i have qualify jee mains can I got admission in dit University

DIT University, Dehradun is a good private college.
You need to score more than 80 marks in JEE Main to get this college.
You can get good private college in other states like: Haryana, UP, West Bengal, Punjab, Rajasthan, Maharashtra. Most of the states have reservation for other state students in private colleges based on JEE Main score/rank.
You need to apply separately for them.
