Well,  your mentioned stream is not understood by me but yes , as per your TS EAMCET rank , you can get the following colleges in individual categories based on last year cut off data base [ assuming you are asking in OPEN category]

• Visvesvaraya College of Engineering and Technology, Ibrahimpatnam [CIVIL-59467]
• NOVA College of Engineering and Technology, Hyderabad[MACHANICAL-63820]
• Vignan Institute of Technology and Science, Nalgonda[EIE-64995] and some more

But, one thing you need to remember which is .. these cut off can't give you 100% accuracy for getting admission as the cut off can change every year due to some important factors like :

• Seat Capacity
• No of students appeared for exam
• Caste category etc.
